This fast-paced one-hour presentation will walk attendees through how personality conflicts can create serious costly problems in the workplace. Bullying, discrimination, and harassment are just a few of the issues that lead to employee turnover, employee disengagement, and time wasted–all issues that affect your bottom line. This presentation will provide solutions to help employees increase their interpersonal skills through self-awareness.

A complementary upgraded Color Code assessment report will be provided for the first 15 registered participants.  To register, email Leann Vernon at lvernon@unitedwayswva.org.

Members will be awarded one PDC for attending the presentation.
