Join us on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, for a presentation by Christopher Grab, Director, Office of Employment Dispute Resolution, Virginia Department of Human Resource Management to learn about workplace dispute resolution tools that address workplace conflict and assist in the resolution of workplace disputes. He will review the following: workplace grievances, mediation, helping employees understand individual conflict behaviors, and helping employees develop action plans for improvement.
