Dr. Janet McNally, SPHR is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Management at Penn State Abington. Janet started teaching after a 25-year career in Human Resources. She also provides management consulting services through her company, Team Development Services. Janet presented at SHRM Virginia’s annual conference in 2021 and 2022.
