"The University of Virginia’s College at Wise will offer SHRM® Essentials of HR Management on Wed., April 18 and Thru., April 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Southwest Virginia Technology Development Center in Lebanon, VA.  The two-day course offered in cooperation with the Society for Human Resource Management® (SHRM®), is an introductory course that provides a comprehensive overview of human resource roles and responsibilities. The course is designed for those who are new to the human resources profession or managers looking for an effective way to boost their employee management skills"
